I got the C60 Friday afternoon, my wife and I took a teaspoon. I can't say I noticed anything Friday night, but Saturday morning was definitely different. I woke up at 4 a.m. rather than my usual time of 5:30ish and had excellent energy all day. Yes, I had another teaspoon Saturday and again today and have to say that I have never taken anything that had an immediate impact on my energy and overall sense of well-being. My wife is saying the exact same thing. I'll be ordering several more bottles today to make sure we do not run out.

Oh my goodness, I never want to be without this ! Not only does a little go a long way but it leaves your skin feel like velvety silk, it's not greasy and the velvet effects last for hours.
I have extremely dry skin due to my underactive thyroid and because I'm not the best at keeping hydrated with water, either. Not good! (I'm Scotland, UK based so no heat here to prompt me). Too C60 for about a year and decided to stop and see if I experienced any changes after about a month my energies levels started dropping and continued to drop.
