Fantastic for aches and pains in body (joints, muscle and inflammation style symptoms), when in increasing dosages during flare ups it is a life saver! This Camu Camu is the best quality, I had a friend in USA who had tried to source it and ended up consistently ordering from MP because this is such pure quality Camu Camu.
