I have been talking 1/4 of a teaspoon of MSM for about 9 months with no noticeable results. I started doing research into DSMO and found out that MSM is a derivative of DSMO, making it very effective for the management of pain and inflammation if taken at the correct dose. I have since increased my dose to 1/2 teaspoon twice daily with good results. I no longer dissolve the MSM in water as this reduces the effectiveness of the product. Instead i place the granules on my tonge and drink down with a glass of filtered water.

Very easy to use as a mist spray. Has helped with rashed and other skin and infection issues. Would also have a bottle to have on hand as well as regular use.

The Miracle Mist spray is literally a miracle for a chronic pain sufferer. Not entirely pain free but the pain reduction is huge.

I am coming off opioids and also on and starting the taper off of EFFEXOR (VENLAFAXINE) which is a horrible SNRI different than SSRI'S because they affect two neurotransmitters not just one; they affect serotonin and noradrenaline. These both also affect your bodies ability to regulate body temperature and it can also deplete your electrolytes and give you high blood pressure, these are two of the MOST SERIOUS side effects of long term use of this horrible medication. I totally REGRET EVER taking g this EVIL medication, PEOPLE, PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE YOU FILL THAT SCRIPT THE WHITE COAT KILLER'S GIVE YOU, DO NOT FILL THAT SCRIPT: GO TO A NATURAL, HERBAL PRODUCT STORE, THAT IS WHERE YOU WILL FIND HEALING. I've been using it for just over a month, 1 teaspoon a day in juice, ACV or 5ml colloidal silver and have notice subtle improvements, especially skin growths and bruising (approaching mid 70s). It works according to your body's needs, abilities, health status, dosage, application methods, and so on. The variables are many and I expect a slow gradual improvement which may or may not speed up as health improves. Have noticed my attitude to life has improved, which may be a direct or indirect effect. Very happy with current progress.
