Return Policy:

If you receive your order and notice that something is amiss, contact us right away. In the interests of freshness and quality, we have a 10-day return policy. This means that all discrepancies, shortages or damaged merchandise requests must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. We do our utmost in packing products carefully. If product arrives in damaged condition, take a photo clearly showing the packaging and/or damaged product in order that we can assess what has occurred. Once you have contacted us to let us know what’s happened we will confirm and prepare to replace or refund your product, promptly.


How to Return:

1. First: open every order carefully. We do our utmost to package securely and small items may not be readily visible upon opening.

2. Get in touch via phone or email. If product has arrived damaged supply a photo. That way, we can determine the best method for exchange or refund.

4. Place a copy of your invoice in the return parcel or a note with your invoice number, name, address, and phone number.

✔ Unless we are at fault, return shipping costs are your responsibility and original shipping is non-refundable.

✔ Returned items must be in their original condition with undamaged packaging,

Shipping & Ordering:

Q. How do I shop online?

A. Once you’ve found the product you’re after, select a size from the drop-down menu and click ‘ADD TO CART’. You’ll be taken to your shopping cart where you can either check-out via our secure server or continue perusing our range.


Q. Can I place a phone order?

A. If you prefer to place orders over the phone, simply give us a call on (61) 404 444 797 with your order and credit card details at the ready. Our office hours are 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.


Q. Are your prices in AUD?

A. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.


Q. How are orders shipped?

A. We strive to send all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them. If for some reason we’re delayed, we’ll give you a courtesy call or email.


Q. Why hasn’t my order arrived?

A. Slow delivery is a frustrating thing, and we’re sorry to hear you’re waiting. An AU Post tracking number is automatically emailed to you, once the parcel is lodged with AU Post for on-line purchases. Please check the tracking link for shipping updates. If it has been more than10 days since placing the order, please contact us and we’ll launch an investigation. Most lost or missing parcels can be tracked down (or simply show up).


Delivery:

Delivery is via Australia Post and can vary depending on your location. Check out estimated delivery times, here.


Urgent Orders:

Express shipping is available as an option in the checkout. Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched express is no longer an option.


Risk:

All products are shipped via Australia Post. If you request your order to be left outside the delivery addressed premises for collection this is at your sole risk. In the event that you are unable to take delivery of the products as arranged then Miracle Products shall be entitled to charge a redelivery fee and/or storage.


Risk of damage to or loss of Miracle Products is the customer’s responsibility once Miracle Products leave our production premises.


International Shipping:

Duties And Taxes -


When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.


Miracle Products does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.


The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing Miracle Products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.


If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Miracle Products.


Delivery Timing:

Miracle Products does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of Australia for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.


Shipping Terms:

Miracle Products is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.


Miracle Products cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.


Miracle Products is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.


Is Payment Secure?:

Online and offline, we take your personal details seriously. We use a secure online server (SSL) to protect your credit card details, and our mail order list is never, ever accessible by third parties.


Q. Can I get a refund?

A. Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements or incorrect products ordered.


Q. Where is Miracle Products located?

A. We are an eCommerce store that ships internationally. Every Wednesday we hold our full product line at a pop-up shop at Eumundi Markets in Queensland Australia. If you are in the area stop by, we would love to see you! Alternatively, Miracle Products can be purchased at Wattos North Coast Rural at 6 Farrell St in Yandina Qld.
