Return Policy:

If you receive your order and notice that something is amiss, contact us right away. In the interests of freshness and quality, we have a 10-day return policy. This means that all discrepancies, shortages or damaged merchandise requests must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. We do our utmost in packing products carefully. If product arrives in damaged condition, take a photo clearly showing the packaging and/or damaged product in order that we can assess what has occurred. Once you have contacted us to let us know what’s happened we will confirm and prepare to replace or refund your product, promptly.


How to Return:

1. First: open every order carefully. We do our utmost to package securely and small items may not be readily visible upon opening.

2. Get in touch via phone or email. If product has arrived damaged supply a photo. That way, we can determine the best method for exchange or refund.

4. Place a copy of your invoice in the return parcel or a note with your invoice number, name, address, and phone number.
