I am a believer in the benefits of bicarb for helping to reduce bodily acidity (Dr Sircus). We take 1/4 teasp. in the middle of the night (toilet visit time) to avoid competing with necessary stomach acid and to keep away from any supplements. Also use it on teeth and gums where needed.
