Was skeptical at first but have noticed improvements in wrist and fingers that have become arthritic. Also noticed white calcium-like shades on some toes have disappeared within a few weeks. I use DMSO sparingly, and even mix in a little of Miracle's MSM, and a few drops of castor oil.
