Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Take Sodium Bicarb?

As a dietary supplement to help maintain pH balance in the body, we offer Dr. Sircus' protocol:

  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp Organic Sodium Bicarbonate
  • 7 sprays or 1 tsp Miracle Mist Spray (magnesium chloride & MSM)
  • Mix into 100ml - 200ml of pure water
  • Stir and drink

As a detox bath treatment:

Dissolve 2 cups of Organic Soda Bicarbonate and 2 cups of Miracle Mist in a regular-sized bathtub as hot as you can stand it. Stay in the bath until the water has cooled which will be about 45 minutes.

Do not rinse or shower but simply towel dry after the bath is complete; wrap yourself in a sheet and blanket to induce sweating. This bath will likely make you tired so do it in the evening before bed if possible.
