Upon developing sudden acute bronchitis a few weeks ago (that tore at my chest when I coughed), I thought to make up a batch of 200ppm solution, as I had received the tabs in the mail a few days earlier.
Over the next hour I took 1tspn with water every 15 mins, and the cough was gone! To my relief I was then able to fall asleep and wake thr next day not knowing I’d had the cough apart from some residual fatigue. I was most impressed and have told many people since.

I certainly have more energy and clarity after just one week of using CDS and Miracle Mist.

I use a tiny measuring spoon (1/16 tsp) to scoop out the powder and put it on my wet toothbrush. You only need to use a small amount. It is very minty and leaves my teeth feeling super clean. I even think that my teeth are whiter after only using a few weeks.
