Fantastic for aches and pains in body (joints, muscle and inflammation style symptoms), when in increasing dosages during flare ups it is a life saver! This Camu Camu is the best quality, I had a friend in USA who had tried to source it and ended up consistently ordering from MP because this is such pure quality Camu Camu. When I run out, I notice the difference, as soon as I start taking again, any sniffles, blocked sinus, break outs, immune function, etc all radically improve.
