Fantastic for aches and pains in body (joints, muscle and inflammation style symptoms), when in increasing dosages during flare ups it is a life saver! This Camu Camu is the best quality, I had a friend in USA who had tried to source it and ended up consistently ordering from MP because this is such pure quality Camu Camu. I am a believer in the benefits of bicarb for helping to reduce bodily acidity (Dr Sircus). We take 1/4 teasp. in the middle of the night (toilet visit time) to avoid competing with necessary stomach acid and to keep away from any supplements. Also use it on teeth and gums where needed.
