I had been taking the Loading Protocol for ages before I realised I should have been taking the daily amount - then I noticed the difference. My memory recall was working better, for a start, and I feel like I'm sleeping better, too.
I have been putting the Zinc spray in my ears as well, i have been having ear problems with my ears, the left one is the worst, ringing and some times heaviness and can be painful at times. This TranZinc has been helping clearing it up, ringing is there all the time but some times it's not as bad. The pain in my ear has reduced a lot and the heaviness as well plus sleeping better. I’ve not used it myself yet, as I take medicines that possibly interfere with methylene blue, but I’m keeping it at my rural property because of the great results it had in treating dogs (3 I think I read), against snakebite!
